Transfers
Online Purchases have to be picked up by the original purchaser who paid for, and ordered the firearms.
STRAW PURCHASES are ILLEGAL
The person paying for the firearms HAS to be the person doing the background check. A STRAW PURCHASE is a felony and punishable by law.
Special Orders
Special orders require a non-refundable $100 deposit which will go towards the actual purchase price of the firearm.
Credit Card Fee
All credit card purchases require a 3.5% credit card fee. This fee is a surcharge that the card merchants charge for each transaction.
Service Fee
Before a firearm is called in for the background check. The customer must pay for the firearm in whole. If the background check is denied the customer will receive all but $100.00 of the original purchase price. This fee has to pay for the background check, any credit card fee's that cannot be reversed, clerical time, and restocking.
